The staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions to the nearby attractions.
I found a significant issue with the room I received. The climate control did not work properly. It was either too hot or too cold, I could not regulate it at all. The in-room safe also malfunctioned, trapping my passport inside until maintenance could open it the next day.
